Q.  Do you have other fabric besides the ones on your site?  I didn’t see anything that goes with my theme.

 A.  From time to time I have customers send me fabric so they know the exact shades.  I do have many solid fabric       not  shown. I'm also adding fabric often and updating the fabric pages. I'm willing to shop for something just for you aswell.  Let me know your colors and feel of the event and I will shop and send you some samples letting you pick.

Q.  How long will it take to receive my order?

A.  2-5 weeks is my norm.  In the summer months I have been know to turn peoople away because I just get too busy so you might want to order ahead of time.  Please contact me with any questions about time frame and if you can get something sooner, never hurts to ask.

Q.  I like a book from your samples, can you create one just like it for me?

A.  Most of the time yes, if I still have the supplies.

Q.  Before I order I would like to know how much it will all be, how do I get a quote?  

A.  Fill in the fields from my Quote Please page, sumit your info (please double check your email address) and I will send you a quote within 24 hours.  You can also email me with questions about a custom order. 

Q.  Can you create a book with blank pages?

A.  I sure can!  Most of my books are made to order.

Q.  How do I pay for my order?

A.  You can make your purchase at shop.elegantlyboundbooks.com we except paypal and credit/debit cards.  If you have a VERY custom order I can send you an ivoice through paypal.

Q. I would like to add lace to the cover of the Custom Envelope Guest Book.  There isn't an option, how do I add it?
A.  When making your order you will fill out a number of fields one of these will be the "fabric number" section.  Please enter the solid color you would like and the color of lace.  Make you you word it like this " Blue Solid and Ivory Lace" so there isn't any mistake when creating the item.
